(3) Preparation

③ Do a good job in labor deployment. Should be based on the actual construction method and schedule of reasonable organization of labor, especially the use of parallel construction or cross construction, should pay more attention to labor allocation, to avoid waste.
(4) Return water tank construction method

The earth excavated in the groove shall be piled up 1.0 meters away from the edge of the groove, and support measures shall be adopted in the dangerous area with soft soil to prevent the collapse of the groove.
(4) The bottom of the trough is tamped with plain earth, and the four sides of the trough are built with MU5.0 rubble M5 cement mortar:
A. Selection of raw materials: in order to reduce the heat of hydration, 32.5 grade slag cement is used; Considering the pumpability of concrete, reduce shrinkage, ensure strength, improve durability and crack resistance of concrete, 5-31.5mm continuous diameter gravel is used; In order to reach the discharge and filling temperature of concrete mixture 28.5 degrees, deep well underground water mixing was used. UEA expansion agent and super slow high efficiency pumping agent are mixed in concrete to compensate the shrinkage of concrete, delay the release of hydrates, reduce the temperature stress of bottom plate and improve pumpability. And_grade fly ash is mixed in the concrete.
B. Casting method: one-time casting is required to complete, without any construction joints, to strengthen the anti-seepage capacity of the bottom and wall of the pool. Concrete pouring from bottom to top “slant layer, step by step, thin layer pouring, natural flow, continuous construction, a top” pouring method.
C. Vibration: vibration time, vibration point spacing and insertion depth should be strictly controlled to avoid leakage of vibration at the junction of each pouring belt. Improve the gripping force of concrete and steel bar, increase the compactness.
D. surface and bleeding treatment: the cement mortar on the surface of the concrete after pouring is thicker, so the design elevation should be scraped flat with a scraper to drive away the surface bleeding. Before the initial setting, the cement mortar should be repeatedly rolled and rubbed on the surface 2-3 times with a wooden trowel to force and close the water cracks.
E. Concrete maintenance: due to the construction of the project, it is autumn, and the temperature difference between noon and night is large. In order to ensure the quality of concrete construction and control the generation of temperature cracks, water conservation is adopted. Before water storage, take to cover a layer of plastic film, a layer of straw bag, moisturizing temporary maintenance.
Refer to the design drawings for the installation of overflow and inlet pipelines.
(6) After pipeline construction, install water grate cover plate:
A. The cover plate of yongquan water grate is made of stainless steel. Specification is 600*600, the four corners are fixed with 108* 4,25 high stainless steel ring, the four sides are 30*30*3 stainless steel, the diagonal line is 38*25*1.5 stainless steel square tube, the bar of the four sides partition is made of 25*25*1.0 stainless steel square tube.
B. The water grate width is 600, and the length is determined on site. The four sides are welded with 30*30*3 stainless steel tubes, and the middle is welded with 25*25*1.0 bars.
(5) Removal of various auxiliary materials;
(6) Water surface cleaning and water rock clean treatment;
(7) Fountain disinfection and cleaning, etc. After completing the above work, the construction unit shall first carry out self-inspection, such as: drainage, power supply, lights, patterns, etc., and prepare acceptance materials after everything is normal.
